One of the most interesting assignments in my career. Architecting, implementing and migrating entire cloud to separate AWS tenant with high focus on security, compliance, separation of entities. Architecture was built on microservice architecture with AWS API Gateway as the core component of the integration and communication layer to all backend system in the legacy stack.
OKQ8 AB – Retail Digitalization Consultant
2023-03 – 2023-07
Main objective was to Identify posibilities for OKQ8’s over 1000 gasstations across Scandinavia and how they could improve the their way of working with digital tools in the future. The assignment ended with a Digital Roadmap for the next five years which the client is now following.
OKQ8 Scandinavia AB – Head of Digital Common Platforms
2018-04 – 2023-02
Management role with the responsibility for all common platforms. Everything from local datacentres, Cloud Platforms, End-User Services, Licenses, ITSM Tools, ERP- and Integration Platforms. Biggest achievements: Full move of legacy DC, full migration from Citrix to Azure Virtual Desktop for 1000+ users. Cost reduction of 35+ MSEK on IT OPEX cost.
